This house started life in the 1960s. The owners engaged with us to project manage the design, engineering, consenting process, and construction.
The brief was to reconfigure the living rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms which were tired and reflected their age. We restored the exterior of the house with new double glazed timber windows.
A new roof and insulation to meet current standards, along with new wiring and plumbing throughout. Installing new floors and a feature stair case, where all part of bringing the interior of this house back to glory while also keeping some traditional features throughout. Leveling the back yard with clever retaining and planting creates a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
